Screens:Person

Person Screen - consists of all contacts in your database.

Main

Person Demographics

• Person’s first name, last name, middle initial
• -- Turns on Outlook Sync to sync this record to your Outlook Contacts
• Birthdate
• Sex
• Category – link to category(ies) for data filtering and categorizing
• Fingerprint – register person’s fingerprints with compatible fingerprint device

• Active Flag – Active is the default when adding a new person; uncheck this box if person becomes inactive
• Employee Flag – check this box if the person is an employee of your company

3. Contact Information(Main Tab)

• Address information (Street, City, State and Zip)
• Email Addresses and descriptions
• Phone numbers and descriptions
• Send – opens a new email and places the email addresses in the “To” field (requires compatible email client software)

4. Company Affiliations(Company/Position) - link related person to company and position

5. Family - link family members to related person record

6. Photo – insert photo image of person

7. Print Label – print an address label to compatible printer for selected person record

8. (Filtered) – prints address labels for all records when person screen is filtered

9. Contact Person – displays contact at that address
