Inventory Screen

- Menu Location: Inventory / Inventory

Tabs

• Main – main inventory item demographics
• Assembly – parts assembly for inventory item
• Process – displays operations attached to inventory record
• Product Builder Def – product builder for inventory item
• Substitutions – product substitutions allowed for inventory item
• Revisions – records revisions to inventory item
• Serial Entry – displays serial numbers for inventory item
• Images – displays/stores images for inventory item
• Locations – In-Stock Breakdown (different warehouse/locations)
• POS – Point-of-Sale information for Inventory Item
• Inv Tran History – displays history for inventory item
• Current Activity – displays open orders and open pick lists containing inventory item
• Other History – displays production run history

Buttons (Main Tab)

• Create Adjustment

• Used when inventory is off after physical count

• Location In-Stock Breakdown (different warehouse/locations)
• Recalculate Prices
• Update Orders (updates existing orders in system if prices are recalculated)
• Print UPC (prints barcode from UPC field)
• If inventory is tracked by serial, then indicates how much of that lot is in stock
