Export Manager

When flattened, data exported from Epiphany's unique data structure may appear skewed or misleading. For more accurate reporting, consider using "Pirouette," Epiphany's pivot table system. Be cautious when working with exported data, as it becomes static at the time of export and will not reflect real-time system updates.

Menu Location: Administration Application: Utilities / Export Manager
Purpose: The export manager is designed to create a configuration file used to execute the export process for the primary object. This export is initiated through the menu while working within the primary object. It differs from the export functionality triggered by right-clicking on Epiphany grids, as those exports are predefined based on the columns and rows of the specific grid system.
From the Export Data screen, select the Export Description to edit or click "Add" to create a new export configuration file. The following export field details will assist in building the proper export configuration file.
