Person Screen: Edit all person records, including all contacts, employees, and Epiphany users.

Critical Fields

Last Name: Leaving this field blank will make searching difficult and reports harder to read, but it can be left blank if necessary.
First Name: Leaving this field blank will make searching difficult and reports harder to read, but it can be left blank if necessary.
Employee: This is a flag indicating if this person is an employee of not. If they are marked as an employee, they will be visible from the Employee screen, otherwise they will not.

Birthdate: This is purely informational.
Sex: This is purely informational.
Category: link to category(ies) for data filtering and categorizing
Active Flag: Active is the default when adding a new person; uncheck this box if person becomes inactive
Contact Information(Main Tab)

Address information (Street, City, State and Zip) Email Addresses and descriptions Phone numbers and descriptions Send opens a new email and places the email addresses in the “To” field (requires compatible email client software)

Company Affiliations(Company/Position): link related person to company and position
Family: link family members to related person record
Photo: insert photo image of person

Turns on Outlook Sync to sync this record to your Outlook Contacts

Fingerprint

register person’s fingerprints with compatible fingerprint device

Print Label: print an address label to compatible printer for selected person record
Print (Filtered): prints address labels for all records when person screen is filtered

Displays all addresses related to person record
