Troubleshooting Tips for the Epiphany Mobile App

When I launch the Epiphany Mobile App I only see a white/gray screen.

First, force stop/quit the Epiphany Mobile App, then try launching again. If no success, then uninstall the Epiphany Mobile App and reinstall the application. A restart of your mobile device may be needed between uninstall and reistall.

Why am I unable to log into the Epiphany Mobile App?

If you are unable to log into the Epiphany Mobile App, see your administrator. You either do not have access to the Epiphany Mobile App and/or are not in the correct Epiphany Securtiy Groups.
