Inventory Screen
- - Menu Location: Inventory / Inventory
- Tabs
- Main – main inventory item demographics
- Assembly – parts assembly for inventory item
- Process – displays operations attached to inventory record
- Product Builder Def – product builder for inventory item
- Substitutions – product substitutions allowed for inventory item
- Revisions – records revisions to inventory item
- Serial Entry – displays serial numbers for inventory item
- Images – displays/stores images for inventory item
- Locations – In-Stock Breakdown (different warehouse/locations)
- POS – Point-of-Sale information for Inventory Item
- Inv Tran History – displays history for inventory item
- Current Activity – displays open orders and open pick lists containing inventory item
- Other History – displays production run history
- Buttons (Main Tab)
- Create Adjustment
- Used when inventory is off after physical count
- Location In-Stock Breakdown (different warehouse/locations)
- Recalculate Prices
- Update Orders (updates existing orders in system if prices are recalculated)
- Print UPC (prints barcode from UPC field)
- If inventory is tracked by serial, then indicates how much of that lot is in stock
