Person Screen - consists of all contacts in your database.

Critical Fields
- Last Name
- Leaving this field blank will make searching difficult and reports harder to read, but it can be left blank if necessary.
- First Name
- Leaving this field blank will make searching difficult and reports harder to read, but it can be left blank if necessary.
- Employee
- This is a flag indicating if this person is an employee of not. If they are marked as an employee, they will be visible from the Employee screen, otherwise they will not.
Fields
- Birthdate
- This is purely informational.
- Sex
- This is purely informational.
- Category
- link to category(ies) for data filtering and categorizing
- Active Flag
- Active is the default when adding a new person; uncheck this box if person becomes inactive
- Contact Information(Main Tab)
- Address information (Street, City, State and Zip)
- Email Addresses and descriptions
- Phone numbers and descriptions
- Send
- opens a new email and places the email addresses in the “To” field (requires compatible email client software)
- Company Affiliations(Company/Position)
- link related person to company and position
- Family
- link family members to related person record
- Photo
- insert photo image of person
Functions
- Turns on Outlook Sync to sync this record to your Outlook Contacts
- Fingerprint
- register person’s fingerprints with compatible fingerprint device
- Print Label
- print an address label to compatible printer for selected person record
- Print (Filtered)
- prints address labels for all records when person screen is filtered
